Shipping
Does my order have a tracking number?
No, all UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and for international orders, they are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.
Can I upgrade my shipping to next day delivery?
If you are ordering from the UK you can choose Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® for an extra cost, which is tracked. If you have already placed your order, please use the contact page to enquire about upgrading your shipping.

Can you design and print something for me?
Upon request, we can meet most of your graphic design needs. Whether that’s a typographic postcard for your monthly subscription box or you need a new logo. Please use the contact page to make an enquiry and we can see what we can do.
